My labradoodle has a lump on his neck. I needed a second opinion, as my primary vet was worried it was on his carotid artery and didn’t want to operate. Blue Pearl’s surgeon assured me, it was nothing to worry about, even if it got it larger. Everyone at the facility was very compassionate, you could tell they care about their “patients”. Thank you Blue Pearl for peace of mind.
My 9 month old puppy passed out in the car. I rushed him to Blue Pearl where the Dr. saw him immediately. As it turned out he had gone into anaphylactic shock. We don’t know why. A bite? a sting? Who knows what it could have been. He is much better and will continue to improve. Thank you Dr. Levine and Technician Kaestner for saving Mick’s life! Thank you for the receptionist who helped me with the insurance and financing.I also have to give a shout out to Trupanion Insurance who came through for me when I needed them and Care Credit who gave me on the spot financing for the rest at 0% interest for one year. Both had been referred to me by Blue Pearl!
Our cat developed a mysterious lump the size of a golf ball and she was in obvious pain. It was after hours and we brought her into blue to discover it was an abscess. The staff there quickly gave her relief and solved the problem.
