After leaving a great review because I had a great experience the first time doing a maintenance service. I had to come back on here and change my review due to my second maintenance service. Everything was going well until I was hit with the information that my blower motor was bad and it will cost $425 to replace it. The technician did not check anything else or even pull out a multimeter to check voltage or do a good inspection. All he did was put his hand to the vents and said yup it's bad because the fan is blowing even though my AC is off and it shouldn't do that. WOW! This is not the first time I have used One Way Air, and they always come through! Kyle and his crew came to our rescue within days Hurricane Ian plowing through our home, and got us back on track. Fast forward a year, and we needed to call on Kyle again, this time for a full replacement unit. Chase showed up within the hour, diagnosed and offered options that suited our needs. Once we had decided upon a new unit they had us scheduled for install the very next day! The 3 man crew showed up promptly, and did an excellent job. Michael is simply awesome! Ask for him if he is available! He calls ahead of time to ensure you are home and arrives on time. He diagnosed the compressor cooling motor was bad, returned after all parts came in and got the new motor, fan and grille installed and the A/C fixed! I mentioned that I was wanting a longer run on the condenser water exit run, he fixed that up as well! Super knowledgeable and friendly guy! A+ rating by me and I will be calling upon them/him when needed!
