This place seems to overbook on purpose. *Twice* now we had an appointment at a certain time, get called in 20 minutes after that and put in ANOTHER waiting room. Then sat there for ANOTHER 40 minutes. This is two different appointments, same thing happened- finally see the doc over an hour after the appointed time. They seem to think only their own time is worth anything. Unacceptable.

Love office staff Definitely needs to scheduling company...I scheduled an appointment at least a year ahead When it came to time. They had no clue about rescheduled my daughter for next day. Then canceled that morning

I have used eye center on Evans for years. Many cosmetic procedures and eye laser procedures as well. I have been seeing Susan Foster for hydro facials for last 7 years and got the the clinic this morning for my 8:30 appt and at 8:45 they informed me that she retired last month which she did not mention to me at my last appt. Keep in mind that I drive in from Alva and the weather was terrible this morning. They do not have a replacement to do these. No consideration for their clients. My husband walked away from them last year due to the horrible service and went with Frantz. Since Dr Brown sold the business its turned into a circus.
