Good professional, kind doctor who patiently explains things to you but when you call his office your call goes to call center for a lot of different doctors. I had a billing problem and i had to explain it in detail to the call center people then they gave me another number to call where I had to explain it all again. Update- I just had another bad experience with the call center. She was rude when I asked a question.
