Recommended by a friend and now I also recommend them to all my friends. I have used them on several properties and they are honest, reliable & responsive. They take real pride in their work, unlike a lot of other S Fl contractors I have used. If I could rate them higher than a 5, I would.

I needed the A Coil cleaned for the sale of our condo. I called Coastal as I had met the owner in a restaurant and we had a nice chat. He seemed to be honest and straightforward so I saved his business card knowing at some point I would need a reliable HVAC group here in SWFL. His techs showed up and did a fine job cleaning and testing the system from one end to the other. The techs were very helpful and overall did a nice job. I'm an old DIY'er, so I would have tackled this project myself but our buyer wanted a qualified tech to complete this.
