Future Controls is also a NEBB certified firm for Test and Balance. In 2010, we added Electrical Service to our offering with the goal to provide a complete mechanical and electrical service to our customers. Future Controls, Inc. was founded and incorporated by James Norman Nevitt in 1982. He established our company with a goal to reduce our customer’s energy costs through the offering of a variety of services focused on energy conservation in air conditioning systems.
