“The staff is great and very loving with my pets. The vets take good care at attending to their medical needs. However, I feel they are a bit pricey. They use to charge $25.00 for fecal exams. Now they charge about double that amount and they have raised prices in other areas as well.“

“They got us in very quickly to see our dog Nacho following up after being hit by a car. They were absolutely wonderful, and took excellent care of our boy. You can 100pct tell the difference between the outstanding care they gave vs the used car dealer like emergency care we received at Fetch in Fort Myers. We were expecting a hefty bill since it took so long… he had to have multiple shots to calm him down, they then patiently cleaned and dressed his wound, and gave us a very thorough explanation of how to care for him at home… they sent us with antibiotics, pain meds and anti-inflammatories. The entire service and meds cost around $300. We were super happy with the service and pleasantly surprised with the bill. We will be a customer for life.“

“My husband took our 18 year old cat , Joey there for a sinus infection. Staff was very attentive and it's close to home . They also have limited Saturday hours. Receptionist was super nice in setting up follow up appointment. Anyone who has cats knows that car rides and vet appointments are traumatic but Best Friends made it just a little bit easier. Then my two young cats hissed at him when he came home because he smelled like the vet's office. A can of food later and they're over it and of course they wanted the goody bag of treats he came home with.“
