They got us in very quickly to see our dog Nacho following up after being hit by a car. They were absolutely wonderful, and took excellent care of our boy. You can 100pct tell the difference between the outstanding care they gave vs the used car dealer like emergency care we received at Fetch in Fort Myers. We were expecting a hefty bill since it took so long… he had to have multiple shots to calm him down, they then patiently cleaned and dressed his wound, and gave us a very thorough explanation of how to care for him at home… they sent us with antibiotics, pain meds and anti-inflammatories. I want to give the biggest shout out to the new Vet at Babcock. We had the most horrible experience of losing our so beloved dog suddenly yesterday and in a panic we raced there. Never being there before they took us right in and tried to save him. The doctor and vet tech were so compassionate and caring. Guiding us through this, never rushed us to leave. I was so distraught I never got their names. If I ever have another dog they will be our vet from day 1.

The quality of care is great. Dr Amy is knowledgeable and compassionate. The treatment given to my dog has always been top notch, helpful and expeditious. It would be five stars if the prices were a bit lower.
