Iris Riley is one of the most unprofessional people I have had the displeasure meeting. Unwarranted screaming into the phone and talking down to the person they are talking to is completely unnecessary. If I ever need another realtor she would be the last person on earth I would call.
Called them to inquire about a piece of land that they have for sale and the lady answered the phone like this: "Who's calling?" NO HELLO and not greeting with the company name so I had to ask if it was Trans State. She replied with "YES! What do you want" I asked my question and she said "No it's B1, what do you want?"I said loud and clear "NOTHING WITH THAT ATTITUDE" and hung up. Makes you wonder why the piece of land has been sitting there for sale for months if not years already.Customer service is everything. Especially in sales!
