Brian sold my home in Wilton Manors within 7 days of listing. I am out of state and he managed the entire process seamlessly without me even getting to FL. The condo went on market within 4 days from the time I made the decision, he had multiple showings for the first weekend and we had an offer in 5 days - we locked it into contract within 2 days and 30 days later we closed. Brian is a knowledgeable professional. He knows the ins and outs of the market and the buying and selling process. He is kind and patient. He meets you where you're at and is uplifting and caring. He made the entire process a breeze. He helped with every aspect of the process and continues to be available to us for any questions, even after closing.
