“From meeting Richard to discuss scope of work, to City signing off on completed work permit, my entire process of replacing my work took less than 30 days. Seriously , Richard and his crew are wonderful. Instead of giving me a quote over the phone without even visiting my house as others did, Richard spent two hours at my house inspecting, measuring, explaining, and answering all my dumb questions.
Next, his office crew took over and had my permit application completed and filed in my city within a week, and since his paperwork was so thorough and accurate it was approved in days.
