I have 30 yrs of chronic pain. I have seen surgeons, massage therapist, yoga, steroids ect... i needed relief and decided in desperation to try something different. I had 1 session and I can immediately feel a change. This was worth my travel time to get there . Highly recommend

There are some many details that I cannot begin to get into. What I can say is that I am an active health conscious woman. I have had a ton of pain in my body, shoulders, neck and back, for a number of years. I have been in physical therapy twice for number of sessions. I could not find relief.Then I met Ivette! Ivette is the only person who worked with me and gave me a new awareness in my body. My intro session brought me more relief than years of physical Therapy!!! After 10 sessions, I feel more embodied, but more importantly I am pain-free. Ivette is truly a miracle worker.!!!

Absolutely amazing! Ivette is a truly gifted practitioner. I had severe shoulder pain for months. After one session, I'm standing straighter, my chest has opened and the pain in my shoulder has diminished significantly. Structure is everything. If you start there, everything makes sense.
