Very happy , we took our dog to be groomed. Theresa was the groomer, she was very friendly and nice to our dog. I would recommend her and we will be back. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful.

The nurses and doctor were EXTREMELY caring. I have an old dog, very caring. But, also I wonder about HOW MUCH THEY CARE or are they put to make a buck?! Like I said yes, I have an old dog but, it just seem like they were giving this and that because they think this and that. Some of the items were needed but, others? Not so much. And Don't ever give your dog gabapentin, my poor dog was miserable! And could barely even get up to use the bathroom!! Also, how can you give a 24 pound dog 100mg, when my 200 pound brother is on 100 mgs of gabapentin?! Smh!! They are playing with fire with that gabapentin!! It is no good for or your poor dog. Our experience with our cat Rosie who is skittish with unfamiliar places and people turned out to be a positive experience for us and Rosie. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rosie was comfortable with staff and they were very gentle with her. We are so happy we chose Sunnybrook Animal Hospital!
