“It didn’t get 5 stars because of the check out sue was loud, and obnoxious. We went there to relax and got a bunch of gossip that was said by him to other person on the phone. I came out with a headache, and bad mood. The technician that was attending me was cordial, knowledgeable and very sweet. He couldn’t apologize enough for the other dude next to us. The job they did it was phenomenal.

“I was greeted right away as I walked through the door with a friendly smile and felt welcomed right away, as I was getting my pedicure, only being honest, I felt very unwelcomed , she didn’t say hi, how was the water , was the chair comfortable enough it if it needed adjusting, absolutely not one word throughout the whole pedicure, didn’t ask if I liked it, my thoughts were definitely I’m not coming back to this place again!! But then when I got my nails done, by the same lady , she was totally different ??‍♀️ she started talking to me, struck up a conversation and then I started to feel more relaxed being there.. all in all very good job on the nails and that’s the most important part!!! I will be giving them a second chance, the price was right and like I said , I’m happy with my nails“

They are always willing to explore designs with me and I’m always relaxed while getting services. Everyone here is so so nice and attentive.

“I usually have a great experience. It's also usually the same lady. However, today I went to get my eyebrows threaded and there was a lady I hadn't had before. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and when she finished with the previous client they talked to each other for another 10 minutes before I decided to get up and leave. 7/8/2024“
