Oasis Spa and Nails Winter Haven

It is hit or miss here. Kevin, my 15 yr old daughters nail tech today, swore this was coffin shape. Even the girl at the front desk agreed, this is SQUARE. All we asked was that the extra charge for coffin shape be removed. He absolutely would not adjust the price, removing the extra fee for coffin shape. So, in compensation for unfair pricing and AWFUL customer service, he got no tip.HOWEVER, the tech, Jay, who did my nails today was as sweet as pie, did a fantastic job, and got a huge tip!My advice, request Jay, refuse to let Kevin touch your nails!Service: Acrylic nails

I love the environment oasis has, love the shape of my nails and the design i requested on my first set. I have tried this place 2 times, I’ve been trying to find a nail salon since I’ve recently got into getting my nails done. The first time I went it was great, although my gel manicure chips and peels very easily. Not even 2 full days and I had 2 peel on the corners, then on day 6 I had 2 more peel and chip, and similar happed when I went the second time. what I paid plus tip I would of liked them to last longer than that.Services: Nail designs

I've been all over aurburndale and winter haven and I always find myself disappointed. I started coming to oasis spa 7 years and I have not had one bad experience. I recently found 2 technicians that make my month when I come here. Tony does an excellent pedicure, he really should be in massage therapy. He's very thorough and you can tell he takes pride in his job. I found Hannah that does amazing designs and even a checker board on your nail. CRAZY! she gets my shape and colors right everytime and always had a bright smile and attitude.
