Our contract included: 1) Remove/Replace the drywall in my garage [I am amazed at how this turned out], 2) Finish the trim work in the house [Amazing Job on how the corners matched up and exceeded my expectations], 3) Put up paneling work in dining room [I have always wanted this done in my dinning room and it looks amazing], 4) Paint the Outside Gabel Ends a Dark Brown [Haven't had brown Gabel Ends in a very long time and it looks wonderful], and 5) Complete 6 different Patches on the drywall in the house [The patches match the original texture and it looks wonderful]. The contract didn't include painting inside the house because I plan to complete the painting myself. The company's prices for the contract were within the expected range for the work being preformed. If I had any questions, the Manager on my account had no problem answering the questions I had.
