“Did not show for first appointment. He called , rescheduled and arrived promptly. Said he would email estimate that night. 1 week later, no estimate. Address was lost. Replaced our vinyl fence gate. Re-installed fence paneling post storm. Replaced window, replaced screen door, repaired lanai screen, fixed front door sweep and insulation. Handy man with a myriad of skills, reasonable prices and most of all gets the job done when promised. Contracting with him for more jobs around the house.“

“Michael and his crew did an EXCELLENT job. Not only were they on time, prepared, and worked hard, but they cleaned up every day and were great about working around us working from home. It was a big job (we had him do a knockdown finish and paint on all but one of the rooms in our house) but the APPS crew was efficient, the work was beautiful, and the finished product was even better than we had imagined.
