“As a retirement present for my husband, I asked Donna to work with him. He was a little concerned when I told him what I had done, but after the first workout session with her, he was sold. He comes home to tell me the different muscle groups they worked on, how every session is different, she keeps everything very interesting and explains all the whys and how's of doing these exercises.
