“Greg is the best trainer I have ever had. He is not only knowledgeable about the body mechanics but also has knowledge of physiology. He works with clients of all ages and different needs. He is also wonderful with kids. If I have ever had an issue with muscle strain or any pain he is able to modify the workout in order to alleviate any of the strain and give tips on what to do daily to help prevent injuries. He is easy to work with and gives great tips on helping with healthy eating to compliment the exercising. Thanks for your help!!“
