Repeat no call no show to work on an issue that they can't seem to get right... Which having to come out multiple times for the same issue is also a time waste in and of itself, besides the repeat missed appointment. The plumbers they send out don't speak English. When I called to say issue wasn't fixed AGAIN was told they fired the plumber bc he didn't do good work.

Never showed for appointment time they gave. Didnt call to tell us they were delayed. Called office to find out status since we took day off for appointment an the receptionist hang up on my husband. That is poor customer service.

I needed my septic unclogged and pumped ASAP. I have called about 4 places to get pricing and John Wilson Plumbing was the best priced and answered every annoying question I had. The guy who came out was awesome! He explained everything to me, what he was doing, what he saw and recommended for me to do to help my septic. He got it unclogged and pumped everything out in a few hours. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, again I asked a lot of annoying questions but he could answer them all and explained everything to me. The pricing was literally the best around.
