Customer service, Donna, was great. However service was not. The technician initially said grease plug and also aerator needed replacing. I knew could not be grease as we never put anything greasy down the sink. So he said it was fixed. Two days later toilet started to bubble. ..shower would not drain...I called and they said we will have to go on roof that will be another 275.... now they already over charged me 50. I was quoted 225 tech said 275. I personally worked on it and behold the plug was at the release valve outside. I pulled out a lot of toilet paper. Then everything worked. Beware of their knowledge.Service: Sewer repair

I called Ken to install the faucet of my kitchen sink based on the great Google reviews. Ken came the next day and was fantastic! He was punctual, very polite, respectful of our house (took his shoes off before entering the house), answered my questions, and did a great job with smile in one hour. We had talked about the (very fair) price over the phone, and there was no surprise. I would absolutely hire him again, trusting that the job will be well done!
