“I cannot say enough good things about this company.The professional manner they conduct business absolutely raises above any other company I have had dealings with in recent years. Honesty and integrity first come to mind. We had a split system that they installed and was only about 2 years old.When the system stopped working, we called them to come repair the unit.After much time spent working on the unit replacing parts they came to the realization that the unit was unrepairable and informed the manufacturer that the whole unit needed to be replaced, but the manufacturer disagreed and tried to pin the problem on them even though it was still under warranty. After speaking with the owner, he told me that they were going to do everything possible to get a new unit for us to replace the old one. They worked hard on our behalf to make this possible and after time went by, they called and informed me that my whole unit would be replaced. They obtained the new unit from their supplier because the manufacturer refused to replace it. Long story short they installed the new units and did not charge me any labor to do so. This company understands customer service and takes it to another level making sure that the customer is satisfied and happy in the end.The technicians are polite, professional and a fine representation of the company. I would never even consider using another company, I am a customer for life.“
“Unit iced up and stopped cooling due to loss of refrigerant on Thursday. That evening called for service. At my request scheduled for Friday AM. Tech arrived assessed the situation. Found leaked attempted to patch and recharge system and scheduled complete repair for Tuesday (Labor Day weekend). Unit cooled fine until Saturday afternoon when leak reopened and lost refrigerant again. Able to get by on portable unit until schedule repair on Tuesday. Tech completed full repair and recharged system as scheduled. Repairs complete. Happy Advantage Plan customer.“
