I wish more companies were this good. I had sent an order to this company for some sunglasses. When the order arrived, It was not what I thought that I had ordered. The first thing I noticed when I called their customer service department was that a Real person answered the phone. Not an answering machine. That in itself is a great surprise. The lady who answered the telephone was very professional, and helped me to exchange what I had received for the sunglasses that I really wanted. Not once was I placed on hold (ignore) The next time I need sunglasses, I will not look anywhere else. This company had my business from now on. They care about their customers..

The key to finding good glasses, and not spending another $80+ on a pair at an eye glass store? Is to purchase through a company like this one. Go to where ever it is to get your perspective lenses, and then find a pair you like at that location, and write down the number and brand, then search for it online. I could have saved a few hundred dollars if I've done this year's ago. By the way, love my glasses and good company ?!
