first time we have used Manufacturer Direct and we were very impressed with the professionalism of the team that we dealt with. the eye exams were scheduled and done in a very timely manner, Steve did an outstanding job assisting us picking out frames and when the glasses arrived he was very professional in fine tuning the fit of the frames. it's not often that we experience this level of service and would highly recommend them.

Wide variety of glasses, Great styles- Antonio is a joy! He knows the art of customer service. Rarely do you meet knowledgeable customer service representatives who makes you feel special. The best combination! I advise you to make an appointment, he is very popular. If your elderly like me - know your benefit plan to take full advantage of perks. Know the difference between what your insurance covers and the added benefits (like a flex card from Avmed).
