I had to call today to close my account due to moving away to a different state (military move). Unfortunately, Eco Shield does not provide service at my new address. I would like to thank Miss Julie, for providing a great experience when I called, thanks to her closing my account was easy and quick.I would also like to send some appreciation to the following team members who serviced my address: Mr. Patrick George, Mr. Martin Ponce, Mr. Brian Ponce, Mr. Andrew Lara, Mr. Freddie Raposo, Mr. Daniel Bermudez, Mr. Devonte Drones, and Mr. Daniel Paz. Thank you Ann for your help today .Having to move so aproptly is hard and taking care of last minute concerns gets overwhelming. Thank you for closing my account with Echoshield .I was not wanting to pay for 6 more months for the people that bought my house.You were a great help to me.Thank you again.

I was ready to give up on ECO SHIELD but I changed my mind after talking to FRANZ. Very knowledgeable , respectful and patient. I honestly think ECO SHIELD should hire FRANZ at the main office to train everyone working there. His talents and knowledge are being wasted. Thank you FRANZ.
