I’ve had over three different property inspections done by Bad Dog Enterprises. All were very thorough and professional. Owner Joe Collins shows up personally to answer any questions or concerns you may have as a buyer or seller. I recommend them all the time.

I bought a house in Miami and needed a total inspection done accurately and with integrity and I requested Bad Dog company because several people that I’m friends with recommended them to me highly ,The good news is they were super easy to deal with and accurate with what I was expecting from them ! They showed up exactly when they said they were coming which didn’t waste my day waiting! And they had a very point by point detailed inspection list to do thru and told me they would need to be in and around the house for a while while they checked off all the items for inspection from thief list which was extremely comprehensive list ! We used bad dog on inspect our house before we sold, for our new home purchase and have referred them multiple times to friends and family. Bad Dog Enterprises is an amazing company. I highly recommend them.
