Dr. Allyson D. Palgon, OD is described as a kind and efficient doctor who provides detailed eye exams. Patients appreciate her thoroughness, especially her attention to past medical history. Dr. Palgon is one of the most professional and knowledgeable eye doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. My eyes have worsened as I have aged and I thought that I was resigned to not seeing distance, not seeing focused and not being able to see close up details. I was wrong! Dr. Palgon checked my eyes thoroughly and found that the prescription on my glasses was inaccurate and that I had an astigmatism in my eyes. What an amazing difference!!! Now, I can read the jumbotron clearly at events, can sew and crochet close up and drive at night confidently, seeing all of the road signs clearly and crisply in focus. Thank you, Dr. Palgon, for giving me back 20/20 vision.
Exceptional Care and Genuine Compassion
I recently visited Dr. Allyson because I was having an issue with my vision, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I met her, she was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and provided excellent, thorough care.

Dr. Palgon is truly exceptional — highly professional, extremely thorough with her exams, compassionate, and incredibly patient. During my visit, she noticed something suspicious and immediately referred me to the right specialist for follow-up the very next day. She personally followed up with me from beginning to end and stayed on top of everything.
