So happy I found them online. The reviews are right. They were wonderful. The gentleman showed up well within the time window. We were given an hour window which was awesome since so many other vendors just say the day and expect you to wait all day long. So that started things off nicely. We had several little things like ptrap cleaning, a drain stopper that didn't work, etc, but our main issue was water pressure. It was so bad, the shower would completely stop if you ran water in a sink. He fixed it so fast. Apparently there was buildup from the hard water. We have only lived here 4 years.
