Wow… I had an amazing experience with Ark. A Senior tech named Luis helped my mother in law greatly. He fixed our issue, then also recommended we ask the city to fix a pipe they were responsible for. Keep in mind, Luis letting us know this caused Ark to make less money because the city would make the repairs instead of Ark. The city fixed it, saving her thousands of dollars. He was very trustworthy and honest. He will be my plumber for life now. Ask for Luis!
I had a tankless water heater go down which was still under warranty. I placed a call to Ark Plumbing and they quickly sent a technician out. The tech (Luis) was very knowledgeable, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. All information regarding the warranty and repair process were disclosed beforehand by Luis. The required part was ordered and service restored. I would highly recommend Ark Plumbing to anyone. Thank you for providing excellent service, I already have other jobs lined up. Thanks again!
I asked Ark to do a very simple job for me which they did well. I called them without checking the market because in 2022 they agreed to do a more complicated job - which they also did well - and which other plumbers declined to do. So I’m a loyal ARK customer for my plumbing needs!
