Called last week and left a voicemail before hours to discuss 2 loose ceiling fan boxes and installing 2 ceiling fans. Shannon was quick to give me a call and left a voicemail. We played phone tag for a day or so and then I got on their schedule to come out today. Bobby arrived several minutes early, handed me his business card and introduced himself. I use to be weary when paying someone by the hour- but I am beyond impressed! He didn't stop working on my small job for even a few seconds. I like to get to know people when in my house and keep up small talk- yet he stayed working and speaking to me the entire time. I have had Bobby Avery and his crew to my home to do various projects(hang Christmas lights, install screen door, clean out gutters, plumbing, etc) and have always been pleased with the quality of work done. I recently had a walk-in bathtub installed. The job was a messy one BUT the results are AMAZING . The bathroom had to be completely gutted and rebuilt. Bobby's suggestions were spot on and everyone who has seen the completed project is amazed! On top of all the work done, each day as he was leaving, items were picked up and the area cleaned.
