Heating and Cooling Repair

Got new hvac 3 years ago. Had several problems they had to fix in those years. Now. No air. Blows hot. It's 80 some degrees out and 85 in house. They tell me it's a valve that takes 4 weeks to get or my choice is to get new one. I DON'T THINK SO, it's only 3 years 2 months old. With warranty. Not paying. I'll get attorney involved first.

Just got my new unit installed, Shawn was the salesman he was very knowledgeable and gave me what I believe is a great deal.As always buyers should always beware and make sure you get what is promised, when checking on the work progress I seen they did not remove my old duck work so I called the owner, he assured me if the tech said it was not needed it was fine and gave me 5 years warranty on my current duck work or it would be replace free (Yes I got that in writing).Felix and Andrew were my Techs and I appreciate the work they did.
