Rafe is extremely patient with those of us without much computer knowledge and is very easy to work with as he sorts out the cause of a problem. “Hurray!!!! My laptop had been crashing randomly since before the first hurricane. I took the computer to two repair shops with no luck. They simply threw up their hands and were zero help. The 3rd repair shop (NetPros) also had used laptops available. So, on 10/18/2024, I took my dead laptop to them. On 10232024, they contacted me with the news that they had completed a cost-effective solution, and I could come pick up my "new" laptop. Now, I have a "new" laptop, with my old laptop's hard drive in it, so I am back up and running! The old laptop was an HP. The replacement is a Dell. The solution they did was to take the RAM and hard drive out of my dead machine and install them in the "new" computer. Like magic, I am fully up and running, as of Wednesday, 10232024. I am not going to say how much I paid; but it was much less than buying a brand-new computer. I am one 100% pleased customer; and I cannot recommend these folks high enough.“

“They did an awesome job on my HP Envy. The computer acted completely dead and wouldn't turn on or show a power light when the charger was plugged in. HT could have easily said it needed a main board at an exorbitant cost to me, but they were able to reset it and get my computer running for just the diagnostic fee.“
