Rafe, from AAA Computer Doctor, is an exceptional person. My girlfriend’s MacBook of 4 years stopped working all of a sudden, and she took it to the Apple Store. They did their quick analysis and said she needed to buy a new one since her laptop is inexplicably dead. We took her laptop to Rafe for a second opinion. He took it apart and researched creative ways to try to bring her laptop back to life. Even though he was unsuccessful, he explained things with a lot more transparency, and we at least have peace of mind that we tried. My laptop started glitching after it got flooded by AC leak. A quick visit to Rafe saved me a lot of headache, time and money. Fast, thorough, professional, reasonably priced. Thank you once again, Rafe!
