“Bay Aire came to repair our unit shortly after I called. Jose Rios was the tech on the job and first thing he did was introduce himself. He explained why things weren't working and he didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. I'm curious, not a pain.<br>Our unit needs a module and will be replaced Fri. Jose put in a loaner so we would have air. Definitely an asset to BayAire and I look forward to having Jose service our unit.“
