“I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful place Premier Performance is. The staff Greg, Katilyn and Fam are always very professional, caring and helpful to your specific needs. I have been a patient on and off for several years mostly from injuries and old age. I am very happy with the care I have been given. Previously I had gone to a general therapy practice and my therapist was always working with multiple patients at the same time not at Premier Performance you get an entire hour with a dedicated physical therapist for the entire session. You basically have 2 half hour sessions manipulation for soft tissue and then an exercise session with 100% guidance so you know you are doing the exercises correctly.My husband has also been going for neuropathy in his feet. He is also making good progress with his feet being more sensitive and a major improvement in his balance.My grandkids and son have also been patients for sports injuries. Premier Performance was instrumental to them returning to their sport.“

“I was having severe shoulder pain while golfing after I had an AC separation in my shoulder even after it healed. I went to Full Swing and worked with Chris and within the first day he was able to pin point the parts of my swing that were causing the shoulder pain. Over the next few sessions he helped me change my swing and do exercises to take the stress and strain off that shoulder. I’m using a much better swing now and hitting the ball farther and more consistent. The videos he took of my swing before and after make it look like a different golfer. I’m finally able to enjoy golfing again. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Their instructors are amazing too!“

“Dana, Porter and her whole team are so wonderful, friendly, informative, and supportive! I was suffering from hamstring tendonitis, I called it yoga butt. I was starting yoga teacher training very soon when I realized I was injured, so I looked for an excellent PT who could help me recover as fast as possible. Dana did not disappoint, she was so informative and answered all my questions, gave me so much extra information that has helped me improve my mobility and strength in my legs, ankles, and hips that went far beyond my actual injury. She's super funny and fast-paced and overall has awesome enthusiastic energy. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area who needs a PT or just wants to address areas of concern or older injuries such as herniated discs, low back pain, pinched nerves, tendonitis, spraining, any sport injury. It sounds like she works a lot with runners, and fortunately her expertise with regard to running injuries helped me with my injury, so I recommend her for yogis as well!!“

When I had my pelvic intake appointment, Katie was more thorough, in-depth and hands on of any doctor I have ever been to. She was engaged, respectful and in the end, did not “ try” to fix my issue, because she felt something else was wrong, and did refer me to another specialist. Her initial diagnosis ended up being spot on! I have already referred Katie, and will continue to refer people to the importance of Pelvic care. She is simply amazing all around.“
