In you're in need of an experienced and professional physical therapist - Don't look any further. ⏪Excellent customer service from start to finish. From the initial evaluation to the prescribed therapies, everything was explained very clearly which made me very comfortable. Stephen is awesome ?
Dr Drew was absolutely amazing. After battling with pain for over 1.5 years and having tried all the things on the internet/ YouTube with limited success, within 4 to 6 weeks I started having major improvements with less pain, when I felt we were hitting a plateau Dr Drew would tweak the sessions just enough to unlock the area of relief. with good communication on both sides we tapered off sessions and upped the number of home exercises, which helped me to manage costs. my issue was resolved within 4 months, and I will continue to work on the home exercises and would not hesitate to go back.
I have been to several “franchise” PT offices, but B Therapy and Dr. Katie stand head and shoulders above them. The time she has taken to get to know me, to ask thoughtful questions that reveal more than “my issue” have been so important in delivering a program and results. Her knowledge and bedside manner make for an unstoppable combination!
