I am a former athlete spanning a few decades and now over 50. 2-back surgeries in ‘19 and have lived in and out of physiatrist offices, a dozen physical therapists and upwards of 15 different massage therapist over the last four years attempting to heal and get out of pain. I can say with certainty, Krisia’s methods, diverse skill set & healing touch are unprecedented. She is by far the best massage therapist that I’ve experienced in 33 years of receiving deep tissue massage therapy. The fact that she is one of the kindest people you could know is a huge bonus!

I have been going to Krisia for over 10 years, and I promise you won’t be disappointed! Krisia’s massages are amazing, and she is extremely knowledgeable. We continue to drive an hour because we can’t find anyone like her. Krisia finds all the problem areas and magically fixes them :) I recommend her to everyone!

Kristia is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I always feel well taken care of, and that I am being worked on by someone who knows what she is doing. I leave her space refreshed and knowing I need to come more often as I always feel great after!
