She began with my cuticles, shaping of nails on my feet and hands so that when we finished with facial I was relaxed and only needed polishing. Everything was carefully planned out for my comfort and relaxation. Ana is such a sweet soul and we had beautiful conversations and other times I fell asleep in perfect comfort.
