“I contacted Frank to pull up tack strips at my dad's house. Carpet had been laid over original terrazzo in several rooms. Some companies don't even call back, but Frank responded. We scheduled and he arrived and got right to work. I've heard stories of how if the tack strips aren't removed correctly, the terrazzo can be damaged. Well, Frank did the living room, hallway, foyer, bedroom and a closet with no damage. He works methodically and with no time wasted. I was VERY happy with the results and the price. I didn't want the floors restored because the new buyers may decide on other flooring. But I am leaving Franks # at the house in case the new owners decide to refinish the floors.
