I have been a customer of WATER 911 since I have resided here..(20 yrs ago). During this time, I have ALWAYS been treated with respect, the Staff members have all been courteus, smiling, knowledgable and willing to comply with whatever is within their realm! Please continue to hire such young & respectful persons, such as the Staff who visited the home on a Sunday 2/26/23 early a.m. call...AND yet , were marvelous!
Five stars and two thumbs up for WATERMAN 911! Tommy and his crew are hands-down, the most honest, knowledgeable, and reliable in the business. Emergency response time was amazing and they are huge supporters of our veteran community here in Southwest Florida.
Was having trouble with my RO system and unfortunately it was a Saturday. I called Tommy at Waterman 911, after walking hm through the problem he asked if I was a veteran. I replied yes and he said “Thank You for your Service” and then waved the emergency weekend call fee and any other fees that may be incurred. We have been loyal customers of Waterman 911 for several years and we wouldn’t ever consider going elsewhere. Tommy is a real stand up guy and waiving fees because I am a veteran is something that goes a long way and we will always be thankful for.
