Miriam is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve been having problems with my ciátic nerve for several years. I told her about it and not thinking much would change from a regular massage you get anywhere she took my pain away!! I didn’t have the pain come back until I did some work in my yard and screwed it back up and had to go back to see her. She used a very painful but very very effective technique which involved putting firm pressure on my glute and rotating my leg to loosen me up. She’s my go to therapist from now on. I’m very happy with her service . God bless her hads!
Mayshdaley, the receptionist, is one of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to in any business, super helpful and informative about products and services; this will be the only massage spa I will be going to for a looong time, unrivaled customer care! :)
My aesthetician Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she would get five stars.
However the customer service at front desk needs work. This location moved to the other side of the plaza & the person who booked my appointment same day didn’t bother mentioning that. It’s unpleasant to start out a relaxing experience disoriented because the place you’ve been going to for years isn’t where it’s always been. Then the person at the front desk was super rude & dismissive when I was said that was frustrating, stating they sent an email, as if that was sufficient. It’s not. Tell people the new location when they are on the phone scheduling. She couldn’t care less....read full review
