“I was in town for a few weeks and tried out the New Student Special and so glad I did. I went daily and every single class and instructor was different. Absolutely loved it. Sad to leave honestly. The special also includes one session of “Fire & Ice” which is sauna/cold plunge. I hate cold water and I still loved it! The community here is also very welcoming. Definitely recommend!❤️“

If your new to yoga or interested in trying hot yoga, definitely recommend going to multiple classes as they have something for everyone. Megan and the other instructors are always helpful in providing tips to improve your practice. The hot yoga classes are more than a workout and very meditative and relaxing.“
