“I brought several kinds of pants, jeans, slack, weird fabric dress pants etc. We discussed each pair thoroughly what we wanted altered and I was given advice and input on what would be required per alteration. After scheduling a pickup date I waited while they worked on many of my favorite pairs of pants, I picked them up today and I couldn’t be more ecstatic. My carpenter pants, dress pants, wedding suit pants all were made perfectly according to our initial meeting. They looked even better than I could’ve imagined. “Amazing service and an amazing job! I had a slightly strange request, I have to wear these specific safety vests at work and the smallest size they have was still WAY too big for me. I wasn't sure how possible it was and she said she may not be able to make it as small as I wanted, but I figured anything would be better than how it was. I Just got them back and they are PERFECT! I didn't even think a decent fit would be possible, but they are legitimately perfect. Not only that, I had to start my new role just two days after I got the vests, and I didn't expect to have them ready by then, but surprise again, I now have them ready to go for work tomorrow! “Hans tailor shop provides an exceptional experience. I was able to be measured and drop off my two sport coats within 10 minutes. She ensured accuracy and a proper fit by just asking a few questions on what I was looking for.At first she said one of my sport coats didn't really need to be adjusted because it fit well. But after I mentioned that I liked a tight fit, she was willing to go with my preference. All you have to do is ask!This is an extremely sweet lady. Any misunderstanding that she is anything else is perhaps a language barrier or you're just a rude person. If you just lend a little understanding to the culture difference, you'll find she's a very nice person.The sport coats came out perfectly fitted exactly when I needed them right before Christmas.
