Hans tailor shop provides an exceptional experience. I was able to be measured and drop off my two sport coats within 10 minutes. She ensured accuracy and a proper fit by just asking a few questions on what I was looking for.At first she said one of my sport coats didn't really need to be adjusted because it fit well. But after I mentioned that I liked a tight fit, she was willing to go with my preference. All you have to do is ask!This is an extremely sweet lady. Any misunderstanding that she is anything else is perhaps a language barrier or you're just a rude person. I felt welcomed and respected as their customer. I had an unusual request to remake my garment. She listened and asked appropriate questions. When I went to pick up my alteration, I was asked how I feel and if was what I envisioned. It was better than I can describe. I've recommended their shop over and over again. A+
