Due to another previous engagement, my better half was unable to take our Coco to her follow up appointment with the Ophthalmology Specialist at Fetch Brandon, so I by default was the elected party. Coco and I arrived approximately ten minutes before the scheduled appointment and were promptly checked in. The wait time was about fifteen minutes before Jenna called us back for the appointment. Jenna stated that she would be Coco nurse for the visit today. During the entire process of pre-examination and testing Jenna explained exactly what was being done and did an excellent job of keeping Coco calm during the entire process. We've been taking our Boomer to Fetch for a little over 4 years now. We were referred to this specialty center when Care Animal Hospital discovered that our beagle had 2 liver masses that needed to be removed due to possible malignancy. This news was devastating. We had just lost his sister that year due to a chronic respiratory condition that was being treated and monitored for a period of 2 years. We just couldn't lose both of them. We knew it would be a risky surgery for an 11 year old beagle. Everything was explained to us thoroughly. Fortunately, they were successful in removing the masses which did turn out to be cancer. Both my cats were brought to fetch on the verge of despair. One of the cats had surgery that went south, and was in the critical care unit for two weeks and unfortunately immediately after that, another one of my cats was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma cancer that had already spread Susie went to the oncologist at Fetch, and she is now living a good life as the radiation treatments were very effective, and the staff was nothing but amazing both in the critical care unit and in the oncology unit I drove to Fetch from Sarasota where I couldn't even get a Sarasota oncologist to call me back and the Fetch doctors took my second pet in and called me twice a day letting...read full review
