He was courteous, attentive, listened to my concerns, and performed a thorough inspection pointing out several possible entry points that other pest control companies had missed. Dane provided several photos of the problem areas - and while our particular case falls outside of their service area (ours will require roofing experts) he offered to follow up after that work gets done.
