after long wait, Hercules finished the job of replacing our roof.
Unfortunately, during the inspection of the new roof, his workers broke newly installed tiles.
They used our spare tiles (25) to repair it. This was on 05/05/2025. As of today, 08/20/2025, I still have not received the spare tiles promised by supervisor Mark.
I called their office and spoke with the office manager, who was extremely rude in explaining to me that these tiles were discontinued in June 2025.
Four months have passed and I still have not received the spare tiles. I hope that Hercules reacts and gives me a serious formal response with the delivery date of these blessed tiles.
