“The folks at P & P Heating & Cooling were awesome! I was called by the technician that he was on his way, and then I got a text. With that text, I got a picture and name of the technician. I also got a tracker to show exactly where he was while on the way to my house. I was told what they would do and how they would do it prior to beginning. The work was completed, and everything was cleaned up and put back the way that it was. The technicians were very professional and very polite. I've ALWAYS had wonderful service with these folks! There's alot of heating and cooling companies out there, but none that have the service that P & P has! It's easy to buy a heating and cooling unit; what happens when it needs repairs is what matters....these folks set the bar for that!“
