Mike from perfect Air came when he said he was going to. He called and told me how far out he was since I live in the boondocks, here at his scheduled time. He was very thorough, he cleaned my air conditioner check the thermostats and the vents and was very personable. Thank you for a job well done!

Our AC was discovered to be malfunctioning on a Friday afternoon by our neighbor who is watching our home. We are out of state and not in a huge hurry, so we called Perfect Air the following Monday morning. By noon that day, they had repaired the unit, replacing a bad capacitor, added a little coolant and were on their way. We knew they installed the Trane AC unit years before we bought the home by the sticker on the unit. Fast, efficient and reasonable. It's always a concern when you are dealing with a repair to your home while you're out of state. This could not have gone better and we'll certainly use them in the future for repair or replacement.
