“My 16 year old Pekingese Zeus had a large hanging cyst behind his right knee which was bothering him. I brought him to Animal Medical Clinic recommended to me by my son who said they were wonderful with his pup. They treated us very enthusiastically and despite his age said that he should handle the anesthesia and surgery well. They would keep a careful eye on him. Scheduled surgery for 5 days later. Zeus had already bonded with everyone in the office. Dropped him off and 4 hours later they called for me to pick him up. He recovered fast and healed very fast. I am so satisfied with the results and so is Zeus. I would highly recommend this Vet practice.“

“I have two cats and me and my mother have been taking our two pets here for a while. DVM Erzell is very smart and can answer any questions you have, you can tell she’s been doing this for a long time and has great experience, just by looking at my kittens eyes, she could tell me that he had cataracts due to his mother having a respiratory infection while she was pregnant with him. I only rate it 4 stars though because one time my kitten was under weight but also had worms so they told me to give him no dry food and only wet food (along with medication) and then the next week he lost half a pound and they were like no definitely give him dry food and feed him more you’re feeding him too little. But it could have been a miscommunication. Other than that the staff is very friendly.“

“I am revisiting this review to update and say, the issues have been resolved and my dog is now cared well for at CHA. Her vet, Dr Banks, has been patient, and gentle when Athena needed her to be, and understanding as well as thorough in her care as we have faced a couple major issues recently. Even Dr Fulton restitched a gash on her foot and cleaned it up better than the emergency vet did. So, even though I was dead set against this animal hospital a year ago, things have turned around and I would definitely recommend them!“

If the answer to my question was not known . I always received a call back .With the answer . Dr Bell , Dr Thomas or someone there would always call & check in on him . At the time of his passing . My extended family @ H.S.V.C was there for me .“

“Nobody likes to have to visit an urgent care, but UrgentVet made something that was so stressful for me and my cat into such a pleasant experience. Last week I had to bring my cat Xena in for a suspected UTI, unfortunately as it is an urgent care setting it is a little more expensive but it absolutely is worth it to have peace of mind that your best bud will be ok. Unfortunately after following up with my primary vet a week later, I had to return, where I got to have the pleasure of seeing the same staff that I did for my last visit which really helped ease my anxiety. Not only are they extremely kind and compassionate, but they were able to make my cat feel comfortable even in an unfamiliar environment. Unfortunately I can't remember the lovely vet tech's name that helped us through both visits, but I will never ever forget how she treated both my cat and I with such care during such a truly stressful time. Dr. Gardner was excellent as well, explaining what was going on with my cat and the treatment options for her. It's also very evident how much they care when they are handling your pet, very gentle and understanding of the circumstances of being in pain. I'm praying I don't have to go back, but in the case I do, I feel very safe and comfortable bringing my beloved buddy back to feel better. If you are concerned enough to even consider urgent care, I highly recommend UrgentVet!!! “Always been very happy with their service but this past week we boarded our cats for about a week we came back were told that one of our cats had diarrhea. About 3 days prior The problem is they didn't even bother to clean her up she still had poop all over her tail and her legs I feel like they could have at least wiped her off with a wet nap very unhappy.
They should treat animals that they've been entrusted with better than that
